🔹 Deposits
- A £50 non-refundable booking is required to secure all appointments.
- This amount will be deducted from your treatment balance on the day.
- Booking fees are transferable if appointments are rescheduled, once.
🔹 Payment
- The remaining balance is due on the day of your first treatment.
- Payment for treatments are non refundable.
- All initial treatments include your complimentary top-up session (4–12 weeks later), unless stated otherwise.
- Payment can be made via card, cash or bank transfer at your appointment.
🔹 Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Missed appointments or late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may require a new booking and booking fee.
- If you cannot attend your top-up session, please reschedule within 12 weeks from initial appointment.
- Top up appointments must be taken within 12 weeks of your initial appointment. Top up appointments taken outside of this timeline will result in an additional charge.
🔹 Colour Boosts
- Colour boosts (maintenance sessions after 12–18 months) are charged separately and not included in your initial treatment.
- Prices start from £195, depending on the time since your last treatment.
